From the Hanshin Expressway Kobe Line (Osaka southbound) and Ikuta-gawa Exit: take the Yama-roku Bypass toward Tenkotani IC exit (leave at the far-left tollgate) then head north on Route 428 for about 5 minutes. From the Chugoku Expressway (Osaka northbound / Kyoto): take Nishinomiya Yamaguchi JCT to Hanshin Expressway Hokushin-Kobe Line and exit at Minodani; turn right at Umekiya intersection; drive south on Route 428 for about 5 minutes. About a 15-minute walk from Hokushin-Ran-Dai Station (Kobe Dentetsu). Free shuttle buses are available: from Taniue Station (near the front around the general-car area inside the rotary), Suzuran-dai Station (near the police box inside the rotary), Hokushin-Ran-Dai Station (behind the east exit taxi stand, near the parking entrance), and Sannomiya Station (near the central entrance rotary in the mountain-side area, and near the Sannomiya Center police box).
