From JR Niigata Station, take a Niigata Kotsu bus bound for Onnaike Atago for about 15 minutes; get off at Onnaike 2-chome and the facility is right there. From Banetsu Expressway Niigata-Chuo IC, drive about 10 minutes toward the Onnaike area.
