By Miyagi Kotsu bus: From bus stop No. 5 at Izumi-Chuo Station, take the “Shintomiya Garden City (inner loop)” bus to “Narita 1-Chome Kita” and walk about 3 minutes, or take the “Shintomiya Garden City (outer loop)” bus to “Narita Higashi Koen Mae” and walk about 10 minutes.
