Children: Weekdays ¥400 (9:00–16:00), Weekends/Public Holidays ¥500 (9:00–15:00), All days ¥300 (from 16:00). Child rates apply to children aged 3 and above through elementary school; under age 3 is free. Credit cards are not accepted. Paid annex rest rooms: 3 hours per private room ¥3,000; additional hour ¥1,000. The annex Relax House has three 8-mat (tatami) Japanese-style rooms. Reservations are accepted starting one month before the visit day; if time overlaps, separate fees apply.

Access & Directions

From Mito Station on the JR Joban Line, take a bus bound for Noguchi or Nagarakura and get off at the Hoshikisaikan entrance stop (right there). From Mito IC on the Joban Expressway, take National Routes 50 and 123 toward Motegi for about 30 km.
