From Matsumoto Station on the JR Chuo Line, take a local train on the JR Oito Line for about 30 minutes. Get off at Toyoshina Station, then take a taxi about 15 minutes to the facility. By car: about 20 minutes from Toyoshina IC on the Nagano Expressway.
