From Satsumasendai City, access Koshiki Island via ferry or high-speed boat to Sato Port (Sato-kou). By high-speed boat from Kawauchi Port: about 50 minutes. By ferry from Kushikino Shin Port: about 1 hour 10 minutes. From the Sato Port terminal, it is about a 1-minute walk on foot.
