Kawanakajima Onsen Therm Dome is a modern day-use onsen facility in Nagano offering hot spring bathing, relaxing sauna experiences, and an indoor rock-sitting bath. With private and outdoor bath options, plus music-driven “blow burst” brow-fanning sauna sessions on certain days, it’s a lively place to unwind. Hot spring facility: Adults ¥950 (weekdays), ¥1,000 (weekends and holidays). Students (junior high to university), ¥700 all days (requires presenting ID). Children: ¥450 all days (free for children up to age 3). 10-visit tickets: ¥9,000. Rock-sitting bath and Music Lou-Ryu sauna “Bakufubo” (cannot be used alone): Bathing wear and large towel set +¥650 (unisex together). Bathing wear replacement: top + pants ¥100 each (re-rental for the set of yukata top and bottom, large towel, and face towel: ¥400). Large towel rental: ¥200. Rock-sitting bath and “Bakufubo” 10-visit ticket: ¥5,900. Amenities: face towel for sale ¥100; rental towel set (face + bath) ¥210; rental indoor wear ¥210. Child mixed-bathing conditions: up to age 6 and height 110 cm or less; both conditions must be met. Tattoos: generally not allowed, but entry is allowed for those whose tattoos are covered with up to 4 cover stickers sold at the facility.

Hot spring baths: 10:00-24:00 (last entry 23:30). Rock-sitting bath: 10:00-23:30. Music Lou-Ryu sauna “Bakufubo”: Weekdays 13:30-23:00 (show starts 14:00), weekends and holidays 10:30-23:00 (show starts 11:00). The show timing (Lou-Ryu time) is at every hour and at 30 minutes past the hour. Atsuri (skin scraping/hand service): 10:30-22:30. Body care: 11:00-23:00. Dining area: 11:00-23:00 (last order 22:00).
