Access & Directions

About a 10-minute walk from Ishihara Station on the Chichibu Railway. From JR Kumagaya Station, take the city loop bus 'Yu-Yu Bus' and get off at 'Tei Park Entrance' (stop name: Tsutsumi Koen Iriguchi); it is right there. From Higashimatsuyama IC on the Kan-Etsu Expressway, about 30 minutes toward Kumagaya. Cross the Arakawa Ohashi Bridge, turn left at the second dual-lane signal, then go straight for about 3 minutes; the facility is on the right.
