Lively Sauna is a women-only sauna experience in Sapporo, set inside Sapporo Grand Hotel’s east building (4F). Enjoy private bathing and an outdoor bath style atmosphere along with sauna sessions, including optional yomogi (mugwort) steaming.

Female only: 10:30–19:30 (reservation required in advance; same-day reservations may be available). 1 hour: ¥2,000; 2 hours: ¥2,700; 3 hours: ¥3,300; extension 30 minutes: ¥550. Yomogi steaming: 40 minutes ¥3,000; Yomogi steaming + Sauna 1 hour ¥4,300; Yomogi steaming + Sauna 2 hours ¥5,000; Yomogi steaming + Sauna 3 hours ¥5,600. Men (20:00–21:30): ¥2,000.
