Access & Directions

If using the Shinkansen (Kodama): transfer from Atami Station to the Izu Kyuko Line bound for Izu-Kyu Shimoda; from Tokyo about 150 minutes, from Nagoya about 210 minutes. From Izu-Kyu Shimoda Station, take a car about 10 minutes. By highway: Tomei Expressway to Atsugi IC, then Odawara-Atsugi Expressway, Seisho Bypass, then take Ishibashi IC, National Route 135, Beach Line (Atami Coast Expressway), continue on National Route 135 toward Minami-Izu, turn left at Tayu intersection, and drive about 2 km.
