From Chita Handa Station on the Meitetsu Kowa Line, take the Chita bus bound for Shiino Ki-en for 15 minutes, get off at Heiwacho, then walk 3 minutes. Also, it is right by Handa Chuo IC on the Chita Peninsula Expressway.
