Bath-de pool: A pool designed to support health improvement, offering water walking and a bubble-zone relaxation area. Water exercise puts less strain on knees and lower back compared with on-land exercise, helping you work the whole body without overdoing it. Training room: Exercise machines for cardio such as walking and cycling, along with strength-training equipment.
