Natural hot spring “Corona no Yu” in Fukuyama is a lively day-use bathhouse with indoor and outdoor bathing, a sauna, and plenty of facilities for a comfortable soak. It also features a volcanic-lava sauna zone (with free drinks) and an on-site dining area, making it ideal for a full half-day outing.

Bathing fees: Adults (junior high school age and older): Weekdays ¥900; Sat/Sun/Public holidays ¥1,100. Children (age 3 to elementary school): All days ¥400. Under age 2: Free. Membership: First-time sign-up fee ¥200 (annual fee and renewal fee are free). Note: If you use only “Corona no Yu,” no provided towels are available. Children under age 3: If a child is wearing diapers (training pants), they are asked not to bathe in the bath; please use the provided baby bath during bathing (baby bath is only for infants/toddlers). Bathing ticket (electron card) 10 uses: ¥8,500 (electronic ticket card charge type). Valid for 6 months from purchase date. If using the electronic ticket on weekends/holidays and during busy periods, an additional per-visit difference from the weekday rate may apply. Refunds for purchased electronic tickets are not available. No paper ticket options. Tickets are for the Fukuyama branch only. Volcanic-lava sauna “Kenshin-ko ro” prices (includes free drinks): Adults: Weekdays = bath fee + ¥800; Sat/Sun/Public holidays = bath fee + ¥900. Children: bath fee + ¥400. Under age 2: Free. A separate ¥300 fee applies if you need to wear in-house clothing. A separate bath fee is required to use the “Kenshin-ko ro.” You cannot use the “Kenshin-ko ro” alone. Above prices include in-house clothing, rental towels, bath towels, large towels, and free drinks. Rental towel set (bath towel and face towel): ¥380. Towel sales: ¥250.

About 15 minutes by car from JR Sanyo Shinkansen / Sanyo Main Line Fukuyama Station. From Fukuyama Higashi IC on the Sanyo Expressway, take Route 182 and Prefectural Route 380, then go about 5 km toward Mishima-cho by local roads.
