About 5 minutes by car from Kameari Station on the JR Joban Line. Tobu Bus: Ari25 (bound for Katsushika Bus Center) or Ari27 (Nishi-Mizumoto Loop) get off at Oyata bus stop, about a 1-minute walk. About 20 minutes on foot from Kita-Ayase Station on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line. From the Kabei exit (downbound east side) on the Metropolitan Expressway No. 6 Misato Route, take National Routes 318 and 307 toward Misato for 2 km.
