(If using a paid private room, admission is required even if you use only the dining area; relaxation and workshop services require separate fees.) Disability discount: Adults ¥600 / Children ¥300 (present a Physical Disability Certificate, Mental Disability Welfare Certificate, or Rehabilitation Certificate at the front desk). From Makai Station on the JR Echigo Line, take the Niigata Kotsu bus bound for Nishiura Hama for 15 minutes and get off at Jonnobi-kan (right outside the stop). From the Hokuriku Expressway Makigata Higashi IC, take National Route 460 toward Gokehama for 11 km.
