Access & Directions

From JR Iida Line Ueda Station: take a bus for 40 minutes. Via the Tomei Expressway: after exiting Hōrakiō Gorge IC from Hamamatsu Inasa JCT, about 1 hour 20 minutes via National Route 151. Via the Chuo Expressway: from Iida Yamamoto IC, about 50 minutes via National Route 151; from Sonohara IC, about 50 minutes via National Route 153 (Sonohara IC can only be accessed from vehicles coming from the Nagoya direction). From Nagoya: about 2 hours 30 minutes via the Sanage Green Road and National Route 153.
