About a 15-minute walk from Umisato Station on the Tobu Noda Line (Tobu Urban Park Line). Exit from the west gate, walk straight for about 100 meters, then turn left at the intersection where the Keiyo Bank Umisato Branch is located ('Umisato Station West Exit' intersection), and continue along the road (along the Nagareyama Kaido road).
