From the west exit of JR Soga Station, take the free shuttle bus bound for Harbor City Soga and get off in front of Festival Walk. From the Tokyo area: on National Route 357, turn right at the point near Samukawa-machi 2-chome intersection. From the Ichihara/Kisarazu area: on National Route 357, turn left at Inari intersection.
